Cancellation Policy

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out an intake form. After filling out your intake form, a consultation will be provided before starting your service. To provide the best experience for all our clients, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy: Late Cancellations, no-Shows and missed appointments will all result in a 30% deduction fee of your overall treatment. The same applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. Additionally, a deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking for any package or service. This amount will be deducted from your total at checkout. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This ensures your full refund. Thank you for your understanding! As a courtesy, we will call, text, or email to confirm your service appointment one or two days prior to your appointment date. Please confirm or change your appointment as soon as possible. Services / Packages Individual services and packages cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable, and non-transferable. All services are valid for a period of six months and must be used before the expiration date. Payments We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App and Venmo. Cash is accepted, but you must have exact change. The Spa does not have a cash drawer and may not be able to provide change.
